How to order

Ordering flip flops is easy! We work with you from start to finish to ensure you get the flip flops you want.

We provide several services and our design team will advise you on which is the best service for your needs.

1. Decide what you want

Step one is for you to have an idea of what you want to use you flip flops for and roughly how many pairs you want. We will recommend different services depending on your use and the quantity needed.

We will recommend different services for retail designs compared to promotional give-away flip flops. There is no minimum order, so let us know if you're thinking in the 10's, 100's or 1000's!

Remember, we're here to help at every step, for any size order.

2. Email

Contact us via email providing any information you can. The use of the flip flops and approximate quantity are very helpful at this stage. If you have specific design requirements, such as colours, please specify them at this stage.

3. Specificaiton

One of our design team will review your email and compile several suggested options along with prices for the options.

They will also produce artwork based on any logos/text etc you email over to help you visualise what your flip flops will look like. If you would like samples of previous flip flops we've made we will happily send them out at this stage, although we ask for you to cover the cost of the return and return them within 2 weeks.

4. Design process

At this stage you will review our response and the design process will begin. We are happy to make as many changes as are needed so you can get your perfect flip flops. Emails will exchange with your assigned design consultant. Please be aware the design studio is open 9am-5pm Mon-Fri (UK time). If it is easier to talk over the phone one of the team can arrange to call you. If you would like to visit the design studio please email as visits are by appointment only.

5. Price

Once you have settled on a final specification the final price for your options will be provided.

6. Go ahead

An invoice will be sent out to be paid along with the final artwork to be signed off.

7. Production

Once the payment is received the manufacturing/printing/assembly process will begin. We will normally provide photos of updates as we go so you can see the flip flops develop.

8. Shipping

Once the flip flops are completed we will ship them to you via the agreed method. You must be able to sign for them and clear them through customs if that is required (we ship worldwide). Before they can be delivered any import duty/VAT will need to be paid (this is only applicable to some customers).

9. Done!

Your amazing custom flip flops arrive safely at your door!
